Max-Viz announced today that Enhanced Vision System STC developer and Max-Viz Dealer Cary Foster (co-owner of One Sky Aviation) has recently been awarded the Alaska Mechanic of the Year award by the Alaska Air Carriers Association (AACA) President Jerry Rock and past-President Wilfred (Boyuck) Ryan at the recent AACA annual convention in Anchorage, Alaska. To quote his award summary … “In a short three year period, Mr. Foster has transitioned from a small fixed base aircraft maintenance facility into the world’s leading STC developer for Enhanced Vision System (EVS), fixed mount infrared technology”. “Having written Mr. Foster’s first letter of recommendation 20 years ago upon leaving the Coast Guard, I knew he had the potential for this level of commitment and professionalism.
